Lumberjack (lumberjack.gg) is a single-seller storefront for gaming accounts. This policy explains what information we collect when you create an account, browse listings, or place an order, and how we use it.
We collect the following, tied to your account:
We use the information above only to:
Lumberjack does not process card payments and never sees your banking credentials. Payments are made manually, directly to the addresses we provide (PayPal, Binance Pay, or Skrill), and you upload a screenshot as proof. That screenshot is stored securely and used only to verify the order.
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. If you accept it on the cookie banner, we also load Google Ads and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement; neither runs unless you accept. Full detail on our Cookies Policy page.
Account data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL, with row-level security policies restricting access to your own data) and uploaded images are stored with Cloudflare R2. Passwords are never stored in plain text. If we ask you to choose a new password, we also check it against a hashed record of your last 5 passwords to prevent reuse; the previous passwords themselves are never recoverable from that record. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal data, we'll notify affected users and take reasonable steps to limit the impact.
Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend) operate global networks, which means your data may be processed on servers outside your own country. Each provider maintains its own safeguards for cross-border transfers; contact us if you'd like more detail on a specific provider.
We do not sell your information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (Supabase for authentication and database, Cloudflare for file storage, and Resend for transactional email), each bound to process it only on our behalf, and when required by law. If you accept advertising cookies (see Cookies below), Google and Meta also receive standard ad-measurement signals from your browser via their own pixels, see our Cookies Policy for detail.
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to resolve disputes and comply with our legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time, see Your Rights below.
You can review or update your profile information at any time from Account Settings. To request a copy of your data, or to request that we delete your account and associated data, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to retain limited order records where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance even after a deletion request. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. As noted above, we don't sell personal information.
Lumberjack is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
