By creating an account or placing an order on lumberjack.gg, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Lumberjack is a single-seller storefront: every listing is sold directly by Lumberjack, not by a third-party seller. We are the counterparty on every order.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this site. Gaming accounts are subject to the terms of the game or platform they belong to (e.g. Riot Games, Epic, Steam). Those publishers may prohibit account transfers under their own rules, and buying or selling an account may put it at risk under the publisher's own terms. That risk is separate from, and not covered by, these Terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payment is manual: you send funds directly to the address we provide for your chosen method (PayPal, Binance Pay, or Skrill) and upload proof of payment. Orders are reviewed and confirmed by us before delivery. This isn't an automated or instant process, and confirmation times can vary. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if payment can't be verified.
Once payment is confirmed, account details are delivered to you through the order's chat thread. Check the delivered credentials promptly and report any issue through that same chat.
If an account doesn't match its listing description or delivery fails on our end, contact us through the order chat as soon as possible so we can resolve it, including a refund, where appropriate. Because payment is sent directly to us outside of a card-network or platform escrow, refunds are handled directly by us rather than through an automatic chargeback process. Every purchase also includes a limited warranty covering bans or takedowns traceable to something that predates your ownership of the account, see our Warranty page for the coverage window and what's excluded.

Violating these terms may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
Listings are sold on a first-confirmed-payment basis and may be delisted or marked unavailable at any time before an order is confirmed, including due to pricing errors or availability changes.
The site and its listings are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumberjack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of a purchased account, including any action taken by a game publisher against that account after delivery, except to the extent covered by our Warranty during its coverage window.
The Lumberjack name, logo, and site content (excluding the third-party games and accounts listed for sale, which remain the property of their respective publishers) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lumberjack harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of a purchased account.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may stop using the site, or request account deletion, at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before pursuing a formal dispute, please contact us; most issues get resolved directly.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Warranty page, are the entire agreement between you and Lumberjack regarding your use of the site. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
